Interested parties wishing to file an optional administrative appeal for reconsideration against the resolution issued by the CGIACA may do so within a period of one month, starting from the day following its notification. The appeal must be submitted electronically via the Xunta de Galicia’s electronic office, in accordance with Articles 14.3, 16.5, and 124 of Law 39/2015 of 1 October, as well as Article 10.2 of Law 4/2019 of 17 July on the digital administration of Galicia. Submission may be made using the appeal form available on the electronic office or, alternatively, a generic form, provided that the relevant case file number is indicated in either case. The interested party may attach any documentation they deem appropriate to the appeal.
